In roulette, the dealer spins a wheel, with numbers and colours on it, in one direction and spins a ball around the wheel in the other direction. One popular strategy used by players is known as the Martingale strategy. Using this system, players double their bets after every loss in order to try to recoup their prior losses and make a profit. However, this is a risky move that can eliminate an entire bankroll after a few losses in row.
